The hotel is just a few steps away from a lovely park, perfect for a relaxing walk, and only about a kilometer from the Natural History Museum, which made it easy to explore in my free time. it's such a cozy spot with thoughtfully decorated rooms and a great breakfast selection that kept me fueled for my adventures.

Narrow, dark stairways don't enhance the charm!!! Noise from the street can be disturbing at night, and the shower temperature control is disheartening!!!

i had a lovely stay at the brook. the breakfast was delicious and the hotel itself was stunning, with carefully crafted rooms that felt luxurious. the location is fantastic, close to many great restaurants and local conveniences. the staff were incredibly friendly and made my experience even better.

the brook green hotel was so pretty! our room was gorgeous and the staff were super nice and helpful. they had a well-stocked mini bar and the free tea and coffee were delish. the bathroom was beautiful with lovely soaps and creams too! it really felt like a home away from home.

the shower water pressure could have been better, and it got a bit noisy at night due to city sounds.

The Double Room was cozy and had a comfy bed, which I really appreciated. Everything felt clean with cool decor. A decent coffee machine. Bummer about the shower pressure being weak, though. the radiator wasn’t working well, so it got a bit cold at night. But overall, the vibe was nice.

The experience was extraordinary with the staff going above and beyond, especially when they surprised my wife with a birthday treat. Our room was spacious and the shower? It was like stepping into a waterfall.
